why do people always use the word "fully" when describing stats? i
bet most couldn't "fully" describe the word's "full" meaning. just a
filler word with no value, thats how i see it.

fully one third? really not 33.59% or 33.61%, eh?

and that author in the last paragraph, so helmets are a fashion
statement huh? i will say, anything approaching 25mph is fuckin fast,
i dont care if its a bike, a sled, skiing, rollerskating, even
running. if a kid is approaching those speeds, u need a helmet.
common sense.

and if ur kid thinks helmets are gay, well thats fine with me.
