went to the gym for maybe 15 min,  did my 68 chest presses (last 20 were pretty rough,reason why is below)

spent 4.5 songs on the climbing machine.  my legs were burning for all but the first minute or so.  i'd say a good 12 min on it, heart rate one point said 155, no fuckin way, i was hurting.  went up to 166, it was at least 175, those machines arent very good at picking up HR sometimes.

those wireless headphones are awesome,  cant even tell how im getting the audio.  made the workout much more bearable too.

so i finished the climber and waited about a min to do the chest press.  wasnt enough recovery, but i never quit.

come back, pens are up 2-1.  PP, neal gets a goal, Lang's talkin with Bourque about something "oh they just scored again, cook throws it from top of the circle."  shut off the game.  too easy.

been poring all day.  brought all my gear inside, i never bring any of it in.  its still poring out there man.  i thought my bike pants were waterproof.  not so much.  oh well.  doesnt matter on teh way home, i just need to be warmish for 15 min.
