i HATE when i see "full" i nregards to a statistical percentage.  here's a perfect example of how fucking stupid that word is:

 

A full 3.5 percent of children younger than 18 will lose their mother or father, according to the Social Security Administration

 

What the fuck? how is 3.5 anywhere near statistically relevant so as to be "full" ?
