Ryan here. Looking up this i9 thing. Cant find it.

Also, new pt test coming. I agree withe shorter run. The old system malea  o sense. There are absolutely no leg strength measurements such as squats. Ans running is basicaly heart amd lung function so it doesnt mean much for legs. The obstavle course ismdefimitely more funcyional than situps ans running. It sems  more geared towards infantry and tose in actual combat.

can somevody pleaae explain what rowers are?  No idea.

Sounds like the army is getti g with thr times after o ly 30 or 40 years.
