how many situps can you do before stopping? I was doing crunches / situps, usually around 30 before stopping , then pumping out 10 more. I did a total of probably 200 over 5 sets, then I pumped out 50 over 2 sets on the reverse incline thing which was KILLING my left shoulder. no idea why.

Also did 75 mason twists over 3 sets on the reverse incline (holding my body up by tightening my abs).. all 3 sets, right when I finished my 25th, I fell back, couldn't hold up any longer.

150 perfect situps over 3 sets.

90 (45 on each leg) of the fifer scissors, 3 sets.

I did 90 of something else, don't remember.

I think crunches are the best ab exercise. eVerything else is too easy, it's all rectus femoris (thigh muscle, you should know that one), hip flexors. It's only tiring 'cause it's cardio, not really muscular.

It feels great physically and mentally to have my legs feeling great. I did 200 lbs on the leg press which is nothing but it's a start. I don't wanna overdo it. I'll gladly take my time to build up the strength again. after injuring my legs and shoulders in the spring, I'll take my good ol' time to get my strength up. I'm sure Jimmy knows what I'm talking about. My shoulders are gonna take a long time to heal, probably all summer, definitely mid-July at the earliest. Riding my motorcycle strains my left shoulder a bit, but I manage.
