workout today.. what do you think?

1) pushups   ..  3 sets x 25
    Shoulder Shrugs   1 x 15    45 lb Db
    Shoulder Shrugs   2x15   60 lb Db...    Too easy, but grip strength is weak and I wasn't gonna push it too hard since it was my first time.. I've read online that it's better to do these with barbells.  

2) Db (dumbbell) shoulder press .. 3 x 12   20 lb each arm
     Db chest press ..   2 x 12   30 lb
     Db chest press ..   1 x 12   40 lb
     
      
3) chest/tricep dips on the parallel bars .. 3 x 10  (usually I do 6 x 15.. arms were getting tired)

4) Db shoulder press .. 3 x 12   20 lb 
    Db chest press .. 3 x 12  25 lbs     arms were definitely tired

First day doing shoulders/chest/triceps in a year so I was'nt going too hard.  not getting inured.
