I meant to say forwards, not wingers, was comparing them to the D.

Did 500 lbs, 12 reps, 4 sets of leg press.  I could do heavier than that.  I'm afraid of hurting my back, 'cause the heavier the weight is, the harder it is to maintain form. I focused soley on keeping my chest out, arching my back by pushing my butt backwards, and then bringing the weight down as far as I could before pressing.  Let me tell you - it's definitely more difficult going lower with the weight when it's heavier.  One time I think I put it too low 'cause I almost couldn't get it back up.  That wouldnt' have been good, 'cause 500 lbs would have crushed me.

wingers? hahahahahaha, you're joking. Centers have it MUCH harder than wingers, you know that.  THere's a reason they don't always backcheck. Too tiring.  Nothing's harder than cardio. Nothing.

Did you read the one Backhand SHelf article about the winger's Defensive zone coverage? Weak side winger stays in the high slot to protect the weak side Dman from getting the pass, but if he does get a pass, this winger can quickly get over to block the shot.  STrong side winger obviously focuses on blocking the shot and making the Dman pass it up the boards.  If the center or Dman behind him gets the puck, the weak side winger is supposed to skate deeper into the D zone to get the first pass.  I never knew that part, but everything else was basic hockey strategy.  (It's even more impressive that people don't realize what the positioning of the wingers should be in the D zone.)    I have no idea how this translates into inline hockey with only 4 on 4 play.  I guess thte same strategy except the weak side winger doesn't skate down low to get the first pass. no idea on that part.

hockey son, rip it up.

OH yeah dude, Sopranos is a really good show. Great acting by everybody.  Not one person lacks in the acting department. Everybody has an important role, a reason to be on the show.  I watched 3 episodes last night, I was too tired to do anything so I put it on to fall asleep. Couldnt' sleep so I kept watching 'til I passed out.

Gotta work tonight.

Sucks being tired all of the time - no motivation to do anything.  Getting bored of games all the time . Dark souls is fun but jesus, I spent 3 hours last ngith and got nowhere, kept dying. I threw the controller against the ground at one point which made Emily not happy, but I was frustrated. Throwing the controller made me feel more calm, haha.  Sucks running for a few minutes to die and have to do it again like 15 times.  No joke, it was at least 15.  The game's definitely getting harder again. ANd leveling is gonna take forever 'cause I'm around level 39, can't hold any strong weapons so I'm stuck with the same waepon since near the beginning of the game, and I didn't level up my magic abilities, so those are pretty weak. A lot of different strategies for playing you can use, not even experience to do it all, I guess.  And the cool thing about the game is that you can play it again aafter completing it to face more difficult enemies (3x health, 3x damage, 3x less damage taken).  It's hard enough now, as long as you'd level up in proportion to the first time through, I don't see how it would be much harder, but it still wouldn't be easy.  Also, by that point, you'd have 20 health potions (rather than 5 or 10) which do 3-4x more HP, and at least 4x the starting health.  The games' no joke, by far the best game of the year, hands down, no competition.

TIrred as heck, all that working out today made me feel wiped.  Gotta lay down for a bit.
