did 95 lbs. on the bicep machine. works on the forearms quite a bit.  Tried some of those pikes on the exercise ball. it was killing my lower bback so I  did like 300 modified situps (less stress on the back) throughout the workout.  

got really tired halfway through the workout.. can't get stsronger abs 'cause my back hurts, can't get a stronger back 'cause it hurts. sucks

Went home and fell asleep for an hour and a half.  

wow, malkin goes up to the guy with the puck and quickly stick lifts him, skates away with the puck like it ain't no thang.  too easy
