not gonna be home until 530 or 6 probably. 
 
gonna work out with a buddy after PT, doing squats and stuff.  he wants to make the Olympic volleyball team.  has a chance, no matter how small.
 
i did 3 sets of 210 on the chest press today, at least 10 reps each set. probably 10, might have hit 12 on the first set.  dont remember. i did a bunch of abs and some knees to elbows on the pull up bar.  also did 30 triceps on the tricep machine, man isolating muscles really gives a great workout. 
 
 
i also did about 20 hanging knees to elbow. doesnt hurt my arms very muich, but definitely takes a lot of energy.  my lower back needs strengthened.  just gotta keep doing it.   when i use the ab machine, i can do 20lbs for 80 reps fairly easy, i have to remind myself around 55 to not uise my legs and focus on my abs.  when i use 30 lbs, though, i can hit 40, but the last 10 really put stress on my lower back.  i could robably do 60 if my back didnt have a lot of pressure, or if I could just fall back but the weights smash against each other.
 
 the 2nd time i worked out, i did some different chest and tricep workouts, then i went to the chest press and only did 6 210 reps , some abs and more triceps, then only 6 190 reps.  my arms were pretty dead.  dont feel dead now, gotta do PT later on the puill up bars and im up for it.
 
see if you can find "The Shield" tv showo nline to watch.  apparently its really good, some say its better than the Wire.  doubt it but Metacritic is like 97 from users, around there with critics as well.
