Re: [Madness Writers] Re: [Madness Writers] 2/07/2012 05:09:00 PM

my neck isnt sore from situps, i usually on ly do situps during the PT test.

my chest pain, no idea.  still sore all across it now. not so much sore but its a heavy weight all across it. not normal.

im seriously going to consider that medical program.  i dont know who I have to contact to do it but I'll re-enlist april, get a bonus, then put in a green to gold packet and do the medical program.

im gonna talk to my teammate, an officer Army woman who works at the hospital on base, in her residency, did the program. i reallyu wanna know and make a decision soon.

Let me respond to your emails here. Extremely busy day today at work.

66 pushups? still pretty good. Working out the day before cost you, it seems. 68 or 69 situps.. I don't like those. They do kinda use hamstrings, but not really. It's more the lower back. Which can affect the hammies. 2 miles in 1445, eh? The deep muscle nagging thing, that's probably from doing pushups if you ran afterwards.

Let me know about that medical program. I'd consider doing it, too, man, no joke. Why the heck not. 350,000 sign on bonus, free education, set for life, man. set for frickin' life. I'm seriuos, let me know. Where's the website? I wanna look into it.

Your neck should be sore from doing situps - having your hands behind your head is never ag ood idea 'cause whe you situp, it's really easy to bend your neck forward. When I did P90X back in the summer, my neck was sore for 1 or 2 days.. so I stopped putting my hands behind my head. If you do it that way, focus on your core, let your hands rest slightly on your head.. still, I don't recommend it. Your lungs really shouldn't have a specific point that hurts. No idea what that is.

Could be pulmonary artery related. But I highly doubt it. Right ventricle, maybe? But that would play into pulmonary artery. Who knows.

Hmm.. I'll read that Tucker Max thign at home, I guess. NO interest, really.

need my tablet back. Won't have it for a long time, still a hold on the parts. Oh well.

Owen Nolan retired.. I thougth he was retired years ago.. he hasn't palyed in a while? unless I"m wrong?
