probably a pointless video
trying to find the best workouts for each body part
biceps: incline DB, hammer curl, machine, barbell curl
triceps: pushdown, pulldown, supine barbell extension, bench dip,
shoulder - anterior: push press barbell, barbell shoulder press, DB front raise
rear - bent over reverse fly DB, fly machine, pulley reverse fly,
lateral - DB lateral raise (really no other way to do it, maybe a pulley)
back - deadlift, pulley low row
legs - squats are by far the best. leg press, calf raise on leg press, leg curl, leg adduction (to keep kneecap in place), lunges, i wanna try the single leg split squat. Letang did that wtih 280 or so lbs with one leg. Ridiculous. Could include leg abduction but that kills my IT band.
