eh, its a good endurance. pushups are just muscle endurance anyway.
I was thinking of moving upo to 80lbs on that machine. i only do it
like once a week anyway, and do another 2 or 3 days of pushups.
only do that 25 lbs on each arm once a month. i did 60 reps of 30 lbs
once, but that was the first workout i did. after the chest press, i
cant do much.
