Good stuff there.. I gotta learn to skate backwards faster so I can "clog the blue line" .. even there this doesn't exist in inline, I gotta stop playing back so far on defense.

http://www.az-hockey.com/drills/sk/video5_adv_stridestickhand.wmv wow, look at that arm movement. I always thought it was better to keep the stick on the ground when you skate fast, but now that I look at those kids, it looks like skating with the stick off the ground would be faster.

shoulders and arms
chest, shoulders, triceps
back and biceps
alternate them in last two weeks
