dang, rangers had that goal, but no cigar.
 
just did a workout,chest  210 lbs 10 times, then 9 dips, 15 tricep machine at 80 lbs (100 was too much, gonnad do 90 next time), then 90 abs at 20 lbs, then 5 210 chest reps, 8 dips, 15 tricep, 45 abs at 30 lbs (fricken killer), and i think that was it.
 
my triceps dont get too sore.  biceps the other day are still somewhat sore.  thats cuz biceps are rarely used, onlyt hing I can think of is pulling something, and not even pull ups ast hats mostly shoulder and back.
 
so hockey last night, playoffs baby.  our team sucks.
 
i had 4 breakaway opportunities, only two clear chances, first time the puck somehow started rolling slightly to the left, Dman was coming down on me (both took off and i had a step or two on him, didnt have any room to deke), so i just backhanded it from far left slot since it was rolling, went a few feet over the crossbar, barely put any power into it.   went to get the puck but ate ice when I tried to stop.
 
a second breakaway I tried five hole from around the hash marks, just missed.  hit the lower part of the right pad.
 
the best chance all night, I came down the left middle, a Dman not raelly pressuring me, so I cut acrross high slot and fired. a rocket.   hit the very top of the goalie's right pad or it would have gone in near the post.  an inch or two higher and it was a goal.  perfect shot.  during warm ups I was firing perfect shots to the corners.  
 
i had about 3 passes through the slot that either went to the other team or straight through.    i never really look to see if anyone is there, i know beforehand while driving the corner.   anyway, one time it goes to the RD, she puts it up the boards.  i get it, get pressured, so bank it off the boards back to her, she slaps it through a bunch of traffic, nice save by the goali.  our goalie sucks, doesnt get down either at all or not fast enough.
 lost 3-1, should have beenl ike 10-1.   
 
the two other breakaways, one I fricken owned the first dman, second somehow got back, dont remember what happened but i didnt get a chance.  one time I tried the Mario Lemieux north stars move, huge drag wrister to curl, got it past the dman but he swung his stick and got a piece of it.   i put the puck past people near the skates, easy tap forward, a few times.  really only works against shitty players.
 
once we were firing shots on goal, probably had like 6 or 7 shots in 5 seconds.  teammate had a perfect opportunity from the slot off a rebound, goalie soemhow toed it. 
 
their second goal, i go to cover a F near the slot, puck goes up, lands near the goalie who tried to sweep it into his body, but somehwo got away, guy scored near the goal line to a wide open net. 
 
3rd goalie, me and the other captain were out on the ice, dman lets the guy fuckin score off the faceoff cuz he went to pass it and missed, pretty much a breakaway.  i wasnt very pelased with that.
 
with only two centers, i was hurting.  my right lung was feeling ita nd right side of my abs, not really my ab muscles but that general area was feeling it.

im thinkin of buying a few heads of lettuce (to last for two weeks or so) and eating that during the day with my usual peanut butter sandwiche..sometimes i take a soup/pasta mix.   that way I dont gain fat, eat haelthy, feel full, and make my muscles booom.
 
i think a head of lettuce is $2. if its more than $3 no fricken way, between 2 and 3 is debatable.  maybe get one
