guys say they get around 60 mpg with the Kawasaki Ninja 250, a few guys said around 70 mpg.  

one guy says the 250 gets 60-70 mpg (same as above), the 500 gets 45-55. Why not go with a 250, cheaper, better on gas. i don't see the need for anything more expensive
