perfect situp? HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA
lay down and do some, leg lifts are probably better anyway.
its always my upper back/shoulder blades that Im constantly stretching.
1.50 eh, sign me up. u get that sam's club? i went last Fall and they said itw as like $45, but i dont know what they have so we didnt sign up. we get 80% of our stuff from the dollar tree. walmart for milk, bread if the dollar tree is out (have been the past 2 months, they have taht Nature Valley or whatever, like $3.50 a loaf at a real store for $1. usually get a shit load of that). chicken and beef (once a month at most we'll buy that, 5 lbs each), gatorade, peanut butter, sometimes cereal but its not worth it compared to oatmeal
dollar store, man, they got pasta, soup, canned veggies, canned fruits, canned chili and stuff like that, rice, coffee, creamer, bread, jelly, sometimes peannut butter, snacks (like gold fish type crackers, animal crackers, nuts, pop tarts [probably gonna stop eating them to stay healthy]).
going this weekend to get a bunch of food. i try to keep the costs low. eat healthy for cheap.
bought $4 plate of chicken stir fry, fricken worth it for a place that sells 12 oz coffee for 1.40.
we went to mcdonald's yesterday. i always get 2 or 3 chicken sandwiches depending on how hungr, usually 3 before a hockey game. costs like $3.15. Heather got a coffee that cost fricken $3.50 or something. more than my food. her money, thats all i gotta say.

head of lettuce should be around $1.50. The thing to do is make a ton of beef, put some spices in it (basil, oregano, thyme, and there was another one we put in last night), put some cream of mushroom soup in it (only has 2.5g of Fat for the whole can), make some noodles (i'd go with egg noodles), dinner's served. Really cheap, really healthy. Just make sure you buy the really low-fat beef. $3 or less a pound, so it's similar to chicken up here. I made 2.67 lbs of it last night, probably already down to 0.75 lbs or so. I only gained 1 lb overnight. My muscles in my shoulders/arms/chest are always.. i hesitate to say sore, but I feel them. Doens't hurt so it doens't bother me. Maybe 'cause I don't stretch them enough? who knows.I gotta find new ab exercises that don't hurt my back. I might go back to some of the p90x exercises, though they strain my back somewhat. The perfect situps make my IT bands tighter so I can't do those for a while. Ab machine hurts my lower back. The pikes that I tried on Wednesday were killing my lower back.
