First thing. That homicide show SUCKS. If it's 6 or 8 episodes and a mini-series or only one season, it sucks. Charactrers were awful. I only watched 1 or 2 episodes, couldn't get through it. I had high hopes 'cause it's the predecessor to The Wire, but trust me, don't waste your time.

I read that The Shield is basically corrupt cops against a commissioner or some guy in a more powerful position with his hands tied 'cause he wants to become Governor or something. Can't do anything about the corrupt cops 'cause it will affect his political ambitions. So yeah, it should be about the "bad guys."

Fell asleep at 8 last night. Extremely tired for whatever reason. I'm always tired.

I'll read that comparison later.

What's so funny about perfect situps? They're easy, I did 75 for 4 sets. Tires my legs out, gets my body overheated and wears me out. But the actual thing is easy. I did the ab machine , 15 lbs, 20 times for 3 sets. Easy, but it works my legs more than my abs. Then I did leg raises, felt good.

McDonald's isn't healthy. Shouldn't eat that stuff. Buy your own meat, make your own food. takes 15 minutes, got food for 2 days at least.

You don't eat much meat. Get rid of the crackers and pop tarts, snacks in general.

I was talking to this 62 year old guy, said he's been working out for 4 years, defintely shows. Pretty muscular for being 62. I gotta get my legs better so I can work them out again, just letting them rest for the next 2 weeks at this point. See how it goes, if it's OK then I'll do leg press and lunges to ease back into it. Roller blading without crossovers is what killed them the last 2 times they hurt, so I'm probably done with hockey for a few years or so. It also hurts my back to the point of incredible pain, it's not worth it.
