im gonna start going to teh gym and do squats and deadlifts, since i dont have PT. might go to PT every once in a while for runs and circuit training. probably not very often, plus im in school all summer, and will be PT exempt.
i wouldnt mind having puerfect pushup things to bring and keep at work. not payin for it though. doesnt hurt to work out 20 min a day in the comfort of my house.

yeah, some analyst wrote that buffalo needs one point and a win to make hte playoffs, wasn't sure why he said that, but makes sense considering the rags are playing the craps.
I'm gonna get back into exercising when I get back from Peru. Gives me over 3 more weeks to rest my shoulders and knees. My left knee was bothering me last ngiht when doing deadlifts.. I can pump those things out like nothin'.. 100 lbs, 20 reps is nothing.
