that discussion between Milbury and Roenick was actually pretty good. Both sides had good points, I think Roenick won the argument, though. Letang put himself in a vulnerable position, Nystrom had every right to go after the body, and Nystrom hit his chest first. The ONLY reason Letang's head was hit was because he was leaning forward so far. It was hit which I think Roenick gets wrong, but Nystrom did hit the chest first and would have only hit the chest if Letang's head wasn't out, and Roenick is correct when he says that Letang's head was snapped back by the hit on the chest and his chin was grazed.

I guess you could argue charging. I'd have to watch the replay. 3 strides would be enough, don't know how many he takes.

Roenick makes a good point that Nystrom basically has to check Letang 'cause if he doesn't, Letang will go right around him and up the ice for a good opportunity. Letang pokes the puck then gets nailed.

I never saw the Engelland hit on Nystrom.

Knees are weird 'cause they hurt sometimes but basically they're normal again which is great. Just gotta get these shoulders nursed and ready to go then I'll be hitting the gym and taking my protein shakes again. Got 22 or so lbs at home.

The tablet is strange with its input system - it uses some kind of internet app to bring up the keypad and the app closes , never lets me use it, so i can't type anything. getting a bluetooth keyboard this week probably so we'll see if that works. So strange. I gotta sya it's a pretty crappy product. No idea how they got away with it.
