you have the next month to be alone. enjoy that.  probably gets boring after a while

NHL is on it's way. i'll play a game before work.

I dont' get why I listen to shitty music.  Blink 182, Starting Line (their first album is surprisingly upbeat, not bad to listen to on the bike and at the gym), Angels and Airwaves, Linkin Park, Eve 6.  Shitty music, I tell ya, but it's upbeat and keeps me pumped.  Ah, Tool, too.  They're actually talented, though.  Sometimes I'll throw on some 311, O.A.R, DMB, bands with some talent, but not often.  The worst part about that shit music are the lyrics - teenagerish, childish, singing about love shit that only teenagers care about.  Anyway, doesn't make sense, but I listen to it.

Did 20 squats with no weight, then did 100 lbs , 3 sets of 15.  AFter 3 or 4 my legs are done, but I push through.

Did some rowing with 105 lbs, then some leg adduction for my groin to keep my knees strong, and side planks thrown in with real planks.  Hurts to do the planks but it seems to have helped my back.  Stretching my back is what really hurts.  Gotta do it to keep pain-free.

My final workout was the superman thing for the back, or maybe it's called bird-dog, no idea. anyway, that felt great, but my left knee was killing me , felt like it was being stabbed by a needle or a really small knife on the bottom left of my kneecap , but only when my kneecap was on the ground.  Doesn't make sense, it's fine otherwise.. I'm thinking it has to do with drivin' the bike, havin' my leg back so far which might put pressure on the patella.   Only hurts when the knee is on the ground which i NEVER do unless I'm working out.  I refuse to ever place my knee on the ground. not that it's really ever needed.  I remember even when we were 12/13, it would hurt a lot to have the knees on the ground.

Gotta work tonight, gonna finish up the rest of the semester probably.. funny thing is, we're only 40% of the way through and I'm probably 75% of the way completed with the actual work.  Do the other 25% tonight and call it a 5 week course. It's really only 'cuase my next course starts next Monday and I really don't want to do 2 courses at once.. gives me the ability to do one course in 3 weeks so that I can do the other course in the usual 5. Doesn't matter, it's all bullshit and a joke with no learning or application. Waste of time and money.
