net

the only nets really worth buying have a 2 foot "puck-catcher' around them to stop wide shots from going anywhere.. trust me, if you're gonna get a net, you pretty much have to get it unless you wanna chase pucks around which gets old quickly.. unless you have a yard to shoot in that slants uphill which is what I had at the apartment.  I'd like to take my net out in the alley but if I ever missed the net, it could bounce around and hit people's garages or cars or whatever they have sitting back there.. we'll see, maybe Monday I might.  I might go down Monday night to play hockey, but I'd rather go outside and work strictly on puck handling skills on skates.. too bad it's gonna rain which pretty mcuh ruins that plan.
