gained a few pounds over the past week. might be the protein shakes, no idea.
 
i weigh 186 with army boots, wallet, pants. Usually I have my keys and PC and a bunch of crap in my pockets but not today.  pretty strong too.  did 50 reps of the 30lb ab machine, 75 situps in around 2 minutes, would have got my exemption on the PT test, was definitely no more than 2 minutes.
 
my hip flexors are sore,stretch em out a few times a day.  situps made them more sore.
 
did some V sits for 30 seconds 3 times. some hamstring and glute workouts on a leg machine, nothing strenuous. 
 
definitely feel strong.
