After 40 minutes of cardiac massage (CPR). I'm pretty sure the guy died from a serious concussion or a serious loss of a blood in the head or both. This report tends to lean more toward heavy loss of blood, but who knows. Nobody could have saved him, he was probably dead or really close to it when he made contact with the road.
