this rags/craps game was 1-0 with a lucky bounce of a goal for the rags. then with 4 seconds left, craps get a beauty pass touch 5 hole.
then in the third now, kreider (ever hear of him? a rag), comes up on a rush, beutiful pass across the neutral to him. beautiful slapshot from left point to right, directly above the G leg pad. now 2 minutes later, a terriblly soft 5 hole goal for rags. 3-1, game over.
pretty physical game. ovie's line takes too long of shifts, gave up that third goal, awful line changing.

I wouldn't convict if I was a juror, unless there was substantial evidence to support the claim.
the easiest way for the defendant - they gotta be male 99%+ of the time - would be prove how much of a human being who loves life you are. show pictures of family trips, vfamily videos, and how you supported the child with normal parenting roles. how you volunteer or support co-workers, community members, whatever.
How could you even argue against that? unless you really are a dick of a person, then your case isn't much to stand on.

hockey
last night was a decent game. losing 2-0 at one point.
i had 2 or three breakaways. first was cuz I skate fast. second, I get a SWEET pass from the blue line (dont believe it was a rush, it was a turnover), im a little ahead of blue line and skate through teh D and get the puck simultaneously. i went to deke the goaltender and booom, he comes out to play, puck was still bouncing, went to settle it down , hit ti JUST wide.
the other I shot it just far wide. i was pretty far left though. Im pretty good at using my right arm to protect the puck in those situatiosn where the D tries to cover me.
wasnt really on my game last night, probably cuz Im still not 100$ health. bronchitis, had severe chest pain in January for 5 weeks after that PT test. I dont have chest pain, but my throat and upper chest defintiely get congested or its tight or something. makes breathing pretty hard when working out.
during beginning after skating around a few minutes we get 3 min of ice time to warm up. i'll shoot a few shots and work on stick handling a bit. my stick handling was way off. that never happens.
i didnt have any amazing passes, until the end. talk about that later.
one guy, their best Dman, im comin to forecheck around the net, he's standing in front of the G. he like clipped my skate or something, intentionally. I wasnt very happy...didnt fall or antyhing, but no idea what he was doing. I yelled "what the fuck was that?" and then we skate up ice and I said "Dont worry about it" but he didnt seem happy. i was just more confused, like why would someone do that.
then after that he seemed to have it out for me. i was shuttin him down. fortunately, he wasnt playin very hard against out shitty players. we have this 18 year oldfemale, nothing against her but she is slow, never has her head up. they had a woman that honestly is worse, i really dont like playin against those types of people cuz its like taking candy from a baby, but its like "do i stand here and watch her attempt to play teh puck, or should I knock it away, or get aggressive and look like a dick?" once i was covering D and puck comes up off the boards towards her. i think i just knocked it away, i clearly let up before doing so, and was confused as to how hard to play at that point. that woman, nice lady, is just awfully slow and unskilled. probably couldn't deke to save her life. reallly though just very very slow.
oh yeah ddue, faceoffs. i played C last two periods. probably cuz they saw I was skating around a lt covering different people, as a LW. haha. i just cover obvious wide open people near the slot. never really give up my man while doing so, but sometimes I probably do try to over cover. but our players, we'd be converged all down low, cant get the puck out that way when no one is ready for a braekout.
oh yeah, 2nd goal for them, i come out over the bench, there's a D man in front of me, high point. a 2nd D man is more in the middle near the blue line. their good woman D comes up the middle and 2nd D over plays, then the other D was basically standing there, kinda skated, but let her go. in hindsight I should have just fuckin barreled down after her. but figured thats not my fuckin job. i was still LW at that point. she comes up to G and rings it in off the cross bar. jessu christ.
after that, I didnt let anyione get by without lots of pressure
like in the third, the one guy, his second season, really good player. speed, skill, mean slapper. he comes down, - a lot of times the D would swipe their stick, like that guy at Hot SHots, that old guy wit hteh old helmet - and knock the puck away. I guess I would do something similar. but play a lot more aggressively.
and that douchebag D guy who thought he had my number or whatever, at one point I had him covered really well, he was protecting the puck and pushing me or something, then he stopped and did a turnoaround move near the boards like pros do. and I slashed his skate blade pretty hard. subtely, tho, so no penalty.
we scored, I was a little to the left behind their net. wide open, took my time, i knew there was a guy directly ahead of me lookin at our net, guy comes to pressure me, backhand, BOOOOOOOOM, easy assist.
2-1. then they scored sometime later, dont remember how. then almsot the same play, i was in same spot, backhand it to teh slot though, puck getting bounced around by lots of sticks, goes tbehind a teammate in slot, puck is in left slot, i guess she turned around cuz i saw it hit the back of the net.
then third time, 35 seconds remainging. i backhand it YET AGAIN from that same spot, and after the puck get jsotled around i see it hit the upper net.
their fourth goal, that D woman comes up and takes a slapper from the point, after that D guy who ahd my number did the protect the puck and then turned around near the boards. i knew she was wide open, but i was too far away,a dn the two D were in front of her a bit. she shoots, and the fuckin D man puts his shaft on it, deflects it up, or else the G had it. goes in. jesus fuck. 4-2 at that point. but then we scored with 35 sec.
then 8 seconds left a faceoff. yeah dude, faceoffs. i was on fire. exactly when ref moved his hand I had that opuck back to the D. every time but once, 85-90% wins. and im not lying, right when he moved his hand I had that puck moving back. it takes extreme focus. cant imagine being a G in teh NHL, thats some fricken mental exhaustion for 60 min. playing tNHL 12 is pretty hard and requires focus, imagine that in real life.
so im at the O left circle, pulled Goalie, that guy who had my number hit the puck forward, behind me. to our D. I syell "shoot it!" and he does, goes to the right and hits the boards, I skate hard, and immediately forehand it to net, cuz i knew there were two teammates. direct pass, ALMOST SCORED. no dice. great finish.

As of today my military career is officially coming to an end. Started my medical evaluation board today. I have 11 jobs lined up, two of which I am really excited about. I've already spoken to the recruiters and am set to go, just have to get my DD form 214 showing I cleared the military with an honorable discharge.
The job I'm mostly looking forward to is an Armorer position working for a company called Academi (the old blackwater company). It's $515 dollars per day working on weapons for the department of defense in Afghanistan. I'll do 90 days there and have 30 days vacation, anything under $100,000 is untaxed. I figured I would do that on and off until I make a huge chunk of change and get completely out of debt.

Also, new pt test coming. I agree withe shorter run. The old system malea o sense. There are absolutely no leg strength measurements such as squats. Ans running is basicaly heart amd lung function so it doesnt mean much for legs. The obstavle course ismdefimitely more funcyional than situps ans running. It sems more geared towards infantry and tose in actual combat.
can somevody pleaae explain what rowers are? No idea.

crosby is by faar the most knowledgeable, aware, dominant, best playmaker, huge in faceoffs, not sure how great his D is (some people said its shaky, but they *were* flyers fans) I'd say he's pretty great on backchecking, great hands, stepped up his shooting a ton. i'd take him over any other player, so whatever the criteria for the best player is, he fits the best.
a lot of people said they'd build around stamkos. HAHAHHHHHHHAHAHA good luck with that.

Creatine is really good the only problem is once you stop using it if you dont continue to work out everything goes bye bye. It helps build and heal muscles faster by increasing your blood flow through yur veins. I've used it it works pretty well. Easiest way to take it is pill form but a powder is probably more efficient

torres with a 25 game ban. a lot of people sayin its too much. there's really no way you can argue that point.
thats his 5th suspension/fine this season. 2) he was either going to charge hossa if he didn't jump, or do what he did by not stopping. the only argument one can make against 25 games is, as he gets up to hossa, he slows down and doesnt really jump...his momentum forces his feet off the ground. but like i said, outside of not hitting hossa by going around him or by stopping, Torres put himself in a bad place. 25 games...20,000$+ a game next season. no idea if his contract ends this year, mustnt cuz no one has mentioned it..ah, he's signed through next year. 1.75 million. he's gonna lose a quarter of that next season, a little less depending on how far Phoenix makes it. he's lucky he has a contract, otherwise he'd most likely be out of hte NHL for good...no one would sign a plyer who can't play the first quarter.

hockey last night was pretty decent. playing with bronchitis, can't beat it.
went to the ER wednesday night. they wouldnt give me azithromycen. no idea why, just fuckin give it to me, thats the onl thing thatsgonna work....they gave me pseudo ephedrine (pseudofed i guess), tylenol, and mucinex. i shouldnt have even went to the pharmcy to get that shit.
i went to bed and i prett much felt worse ,and it continued to get worse. so i was like, fuck it, im going to hocke so i can get more sick and get the antibiotic.
nope, still wouldnt give it to me, and a nurse was like "this is the ER, for emergencies, go to the clinic." and didnt even give me quarters, 100am. so fuck thta, i went to the clinic and the diagnosed me with bronhcitis, too fuckin easy man. also, the PA was from PA, went to duquesne, said he grew up in Murrysville. i asked him if we wasa pens fan, he said, yeah,and iasked if he was gonna watch the game tonight. he said maybe, and he forgot about the game wednesday. not a huge fan,apparently. then i asked him about shadowing for 40 hours, and he was cool with it, definitely wanted me to let him know when a good time would be nd he would be ready to have a shadow. august baby, ill take 5 days of leave and do it, too easy. nice guy, too. he's in the Nat Guard, spent a few years overseas in Kuwait and somewhere else. couldnt tell if he enjoyed it or not.
even the goalie lst night from the other team came over before a faceoff in his zone and hit me on the pads saying "how about that game last night?" yeah dude. then after the game - my team won 6-1 - i told him "I hope you were impersonating Brzgalov out there and not Marc Andre Fluery." he's the best goaltender in the league, in m opinion. his team sucked ass.
game breakdown.
plaing with bronchitis, i wasnt tryin to go out very hard physically. averaged 1:15 shifts probably, a bunch of one minute shifts. middle of the third I took a 2 min shift, was hurting pretty good after that. 1 min shifts are perfect.
in the O zone, the puck was cleared, kept in by one of our F's, puck trickles toward the goal, in the left mid slot, goes behind the other F , just the puck and goaltender. i skated around the F...no Idea where the D was to be honest...short side was open and i hit the G's arm, rebound, hit it again, saw it bounce slowl over his leg pad. i didnt celebrate. winning like 3 or 4-1 at that point.
but man, the playmaking, thats where I was on fire. C passes it long the boards, I was behind both D, sktae to the left and make sure Im on sides, get it at the blue line, have to start coming back right. me, D, C parallel. Fake the shot nad PERFECT fuckin pass to C's stick, no idea how I got it past the D. then again, the whole night those D couldnt stop my passes if their life depended on it (once they did, but my backhand didnt get much on it since its an Ovie curve). C wasnt expecting it and just missed it. still, afterwards on the bench C and nother guy were like "that was an amazing pass" and I said "I should probably have shot that, wide open there" but the other guy sid something like "but we're working on our teamwork, and you make a gret decision out there." i guess.
another time, the other C gets hte puck and I was at the red middle line. puck was too far forward for him to pass, so i skated parallel to the blue line towards him, and followed him in the zone, he was wide open, far top corner. too easy
i made a few drop passes, one there was a D backacheking in between, i should hve probbly kept it, but we still made a few plays in the zone.
anotehr drop pass, Im on left side, D my back right. another D 10-15 feet to my right. cross the blue line, see two teammates in the corner of my eye to the right. i believe the C said something so I knew she was there...i already knew anyway. dribble twice and drop it back right, no look straight to her tape. beautiful play. another time, a similar situation, but it was 1 on 1 with a D to my front right, he's in the slot. i deked left nd he left me wide open. no urgency on his part, probabl just a terrible skater . and i did it pretty fricken slow too, it was pathetic. tried to go top right far corner, but i put the puck to far up ahead of me, hd to corral it and by that time i didnt hve much room. straight into G's chest.
on the PK, linemate tells me to go out there. sure why not. i bring the puck up middle right. i see the RD come across the ice to pressure me while the LD is going straight back. too esay to protect the puck, go down, behind the net, BEAUTIFUL fuckin pss to the female C, 5 hole. shortie.
another pass from behind the Goal line, on a rush, pass it STRAIGHT to m teammates stick in the crease. i didnt think it'd get there, at least two guy in between. i laso think that wsa the play where the ref blew the whistle, said nother teammate ws in the crease. or it was the ply where Im right low slot, facing somewhat away from the goal, fcing more toward center ice, and backhand it high. straight to my teammte, hit his hands or his chest, saw it rebound off the goalie up high. nice positioning. then i think the ref called the teammate in the crease. it was a nice beutiful pass, didnt expect it myself.
i wassetting people up left and right. the other team, honestl, sucked ass. the female C doesnt hve much speed,but she has great deking, skting around people like nothing. she literally skated through at least 4 of hte people after getting the puck in the D zone top circle, with very little room as they were trin to keep the puck in the zone. she made it look effortless.
they're onl goal came on a breakaway by their best plaer. he ws visibly frustrated after we got tht shortie. he's a nice guy, reminds me of Lucic in his size, nd he's also fromBoston. we always talk before the game. he's 20 or 21, a few weeks ago I was like "damn, i thought you were around m yage, 28 or so." guess not.
took the azithromycin. already feel fuckin great, 20 min later or so. very little pain in my chest and throat, getting a little drowsy but thta could be because of lack of rest.
oh yeah dud,e so I onl need A&P1 and 2, microbiology (taking A&P both this summer, micro in fall), chemistry 1 and 2, ....and something else. a science class, cant think of it. so ill take chem 1, micro, and that other clas in the fall, with probabl physics, but I might take biology just to get a foundation, who knows. doesnt really matter. i hvae to take a science class or two so the military will pay for it, then i might take nother class cuz it'll be free (well, i have to pay 1500 or something since I dont have much TA left, but whatever, i have a shift load of money right now)
markarian bought this other trading softwre...well he got his dad to buy it, ws $1500, markarian talked the people down to 800, (he was talkin with them online as I talked to him while he was at work...yeh, lots of work there haha), we both never thought they'd accept that offer. they said "if u can pay for it now (tonight), its a deal. half off man.
so it has all the back testing options built in, takes minutes compared to hours. he's gonna test it using fake money for a month to make sure the strategies work (cuz u can tweak everything, with the associated success info after each chnge). ive been using this other strategy. made 275 bucks in 3 days, fake money of course, but thats my monthl car payment. if I put in with Ely's system too, which he made 33% in one month on 8 trades on that backtesting, then we'll hve two systems, and there's a third for confirmation.
gnostick, tht one we bought, is pretty much a joke. this one markarian bought has an robot that will trade automaticlly, and teh system I found, i put in the numbers every night, takes 5 min or so, wke up nd usually see a profit. yestreday i woke up toa 75 profit, then the other trde waited an hour and it went from -4 to +25, 100 smackers. that was ta 8am. too easy. today, wke up at 9am and was down 7 bucks. waited a half hour or so and was up 30. i took it, no sense in being greedy. good thing too as I would have been down 50 a half hour later.
jailbroke m phone and this nook color, pretty nic device. got the keyboard working on it, but tht keyboard is small, gonna tke some practice.

minimum GA bike insurance is 95 a year with bodily harm, state minimums.
i put 1000 deductible, 150 smackers. 500 deductible is 203. either way, cheaper than what Im payin now.
50 more for 500 less, thats 10 years of insrance to cover a deductible. not sure if its worth it.
car insurance...gets trickier. moving the deductible from 500 to 1000 on comprehensive and collision, 150 less a year. 13 less a month.
i can pay off the car nlow if I wanted to, thinkin about it if I can get the insurance to go down. if i cant get it much lower, pay most of the car now, and then re-finance and build credit over 2 years rather than 5.
collision takes up half the monthly paym,ent. maybe take out car rental, not really necessary.
got a 198/200 on my midterm. 96.5% in the class so far. cuz every week i get a 96 in calssroom participation. i input more than pretty much everyone, higher quality, too. doesnt matter.
