You can get people to invest in you to fulfill your goals, basically you can get people to invest in you starting a gym or nutritional business, or whatever you want to do.
Looks like you you pay a pretty small percentage yearly for 10 years, the % is dependent upon how much investment you want..the more money you take on, the more % you pay up to looks like 7% max. the % can go up if you dont pay one year (if you make less than $30,000 in a year, you don't pay any %, but I dont remember if you have to pay more the following year).
Looks like a really good deal man. I'd look into it.
