well, i would argue that whilke he committed the crime, he was put in
a position where it was highly probably that the DUI would happen, not
sure what the term would be but its got setup written all over it, an
event that otherwise had very little probability (pretty much no
probability) to happen without that setup. and look at the police
guy's record, immorality written all over it. if the glove doesnt
fit, you gotta acquit!

hockey was fun, had 2 breakaways, set up a teammate on one. he's
good, he scores about 75% of his breakaway shots, finds these small
holes. i dont think i scored, but i was forechecking pretty good,
setting up teammates with the failed breakout passes.
