crosby will be a force hios entire career, unless some unforeseen
circumstance arrises. considering he was intentionally targeted for
injury in youth hockey, and the more sigificant point below, i doubt
he wont make it until early 40's dominating the league proving himself
the best player ever.

point:

he';s too good at puck control, management.

45 sec in, you could see this in the game 2 nights ago, he's too good
at keepin the puck and doing what he wants with it. thwarts off three
guys there, you could argue the first guy was interfered by crosby's
teammate, but doubt it. that second guy comes out of nowhre, nots ure
how crosby saw him. third guy got joked into the boards. pass to
Dman , boooom. wide open for a shot (cant see it, but 3opposing
teammates int he corner cant be wrong)

he's too strong on the boards, decisively took the puck on scrums like
taking candy from a baby.

too good of a backhand

too good of a backchecker

too good of a playmaker.

too good at awareness

too good at faceoffs

too good at leadership

too good at the game.

Hart, Art Ross, Conn Smythe, Cup gonna win a few moer of those.

when a game becomes a national broadcast in two countries because of a
comeback, on a routine Monday evening, its hard to call that player
anything but a legend.

wonder how much lemieux mentored him.

During the off-season, the World Hockey Association, a major
professional league proposed to rival the NHL, held an Entry Draft on
July 17, 2004. Holding the first overall selection, Toronto chose
Crosby. The following month, it was reported that Crosby turned down a
US$7.5 million deal over three years to play for Hamilton. Crosby told
reporters that while "it took a lot to say no to that much money," he
"work[ed] hard most of his life to play in the NHL." The deal would
have paid him $2.5 million annually and an additional $2 million
payout regardless of whether the WHA was realized as a legitimate
league or not. It was not clarified, however, how Hamilton could have
signed Crosby, as Toronto held his WHA rights.[22] Nevertheless, the
WHA never materialized.

hahaha, what a joke of an idea.
