As far as performing CPR, he'd be an idiot not to. You can't not give CPR.. well, I can't imagine anybody who wouldn't at least try. Not sure what the real legal ramifications would be, but as far as I know, you have to perform CPR. Not sure why you wouldn't want to, anyway.
25mg, eh? that's not too bad of a dose. the problem is that he wasn't hooked up to a heart monitor. it can lower your blood pressure and heart rate pretty quickly to unsafe levels. i guess it stopped his heart or something. didn't really read up on it.

I thought that Pacquaio and the other guy fought 2 times already, once was a tie and the other, I think Pacquiao lost but it was still really, really close.
