lifted heavier at the gym yesterday than usual. feels better.  back was really tight though. no idea why, probably will never 100% go away.  

dude, these two Middle Easterners, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Jimmy and I were watching videos on Monday night of people doing workouts incorrectly on youtube.  These two kids, I have NO IDEA wtf they were doing.  one kid was doing .. well, i'm assuming.. standing rows wtih the barbell?  no clue. He was half-squatting and half-rowing.   They were doing pushups on the barbells.. hAAHAHAHAHAHAHA, pushups if you wanna call it that.  the one kid looked like a dolphin out of water, propping his ass in the air going down, dipping it down on the way up.  Then, when doing 'squats' his feet were behind his body, he'd go down like 33% of the way, knees would flare outward, HAHAHAHAHAHA. I was shaking my head the whole time.. another buff guy was watching them but not doing/saying anything.. he had to be making fun of them in his head.     The weird thing, though, is that they were muscular.  Skinny and sorta muscular.. I guess just low body fat.  made no sense

NHL, 66-7-2.  lost two games yesterday, one guy kept doing the low opposite blocker, easy to defend but sometimes you get unlucky and it works. oh well.    level 54 i think. i usually play one game and i'm done.  played one game this morning , got two penalty shots.. I always do a spin-o-rama at the beginning, go up on the forehandside, fake the forehand and go backhand. if you do it right, it'd be almost impossible to stop, 'cause they think you're going forehand.  you basically have to cut laterally at the crease or really close to it. opens up half of the net.    i have a total of 79 goals against. 270 or so for.  PK is 87%, PP is like 30 or 35%.  crazy.  i dont keep track of those stats, just happened to go in and look at some of the opponents ranks and saw that stuff.   oh yeah, 35 shutouts, haha.
