It is super easy to use and I convert PDFs to word files all the time on it. All you do is drag your file in, pick what you want to convert to and then it emails you back the new file within a few seconds. Here is a list of all the file types it can convert, it has them all. ALso, I am in no way affiliated with zamzar, you can go and check my history if you don't believe me.
