spent 10-15 min at the gym. did 3 sets of 15 reps, 100 lbs plus bar of squats, so probably 140-145 lbs. godo workout. did two sets of pushups on 20 lb dumbbells, first set I lifted up a weigh after a slow-ish pushup. did maybe 20. then second set i did 15 slow pushups no lifting the weight. breathing pretty hard, havent done heavy weight lifting in a while. also did 10 pullups...with boots on. could have done 15 if i really wanted to, but no sense in overdoing it so early. without army uniform i would ahev went for it, much less weight.forgot to weigh myself.
gonna go down and do some c sits later and maybe some real pushups.
got some brief at Georgia Health Science Univ tonight, on base tomorrow for Eisenhower medical center. get my volunteer opportunities in order, booooom. get out of work tomorrow for it, too easy
