eggs, pasta, rice, tuna (big cans), cereal, canned crab meat, lettuce, spinach, frozen vegetables, beans (look at selection in store), seeds (look in store), yogurt, fish, cheese, skim milk, Gold Standard 100% Whey (definitely the cheapest protein shakes available, less than $80 for 20 lbs.), cottage cheese, DESIGNER WHEY Protein Bars (look up how much these cost), lentils (yeah man, these things are definitely worth it, good in soups), peanut butter, protein shake, oatmeal, chocolate milk (maybe, protein shakes are a lot cheaper and a lot more protein).
