that pat tilman article is really good, the first half isn't nearly as good as the 2nd, but it's a tremendous story.  No idea how writers come up with this stuff.. they're probably really forceful in how they pursue their leads.

 

I like how the story focues not on Tilman but on Russ most of the story, and then Pat's mom for a bit.  Really good narration.  Almost as good as that black kid NFL player story.

 

I always wanted to watch the Pat Tilman documentary to find out how he got killed, I thought it was intentional friendlyh fire, but this article makes it seem like unintentional.  I love readin' these types of stories, much better than any video or movie.
