Neville Arena in Greensburg.

Those are the only ice rinks I know about.  Might be more.

THere are 3 inline places.. Hot Shots where I play.   one in Harmarville, but that weekend is the National Champions for the elite roller hockey teams.  There's Bill's Golfland Dek Hockey place.  I know htere's at least one more indoor place, but only the high school kids play there and I never asked where it was.
