why are people getting boners over Malkin's training? he doesn't even do anything spectacular.. the one leg bending over exercise , I did that last year for me knee to build the hip flexors.  You can see his operated leg is wobbling, so obviously his strength isn't quite there.  

And his ball handling skills need some work.  Wtf cares about tapping the ball in mid air repeatedly.

He's good, but comeo n, that's just a teaser.

Now Crosby's come back training with the water bottle backhander, that was an instant classic and amazing skill.
