the last link I sent you, dang that's a good article. Might be better than some of Gladwell's best. Especially one or two paragraphs near the end when the scientist is talkikng, and then how school is pointless. Throughout the article, there are studies mentioned.. Gladwell does a better job of analyzing them, but this guy, he's definitely intelligent. Good stuff. read that one first.
The one on the Spiderman play, it's pretty good for bein' pointless. If you know anything about the Spiderman play from the past two months, anyway.
