RE: [Madness Writers] Re: [Madness Writers] NHL stats

yeah, a lot of people here in pittsburgh think the Jets are gonna win.  Not sure why.   I like that quote about the Jets winning their super bowl last week, hah.  Jets are good, but their QB is in no way, shape, or form better than WorthLessBurger.  He might have criminal issues, but he's good.  Nobody gives him respect.  It's all shaped by the media, but still , he's good, you gotta give him that.  One reporter said that he thinks Mr. QB is, like Crosby, taking it personally that he didn't get the SUper Bowl MVP in 2009 and nobody puts his name up there with Manning and Brady.  I dont know, maybe, I doubt it.

Yeah, Rangers stepping it up.  I'll probably watch both of the football games.  Why not, what else am I gonna do.

I'll probably go play hockey tongiht.  Unfortunately, I'll let Emliy decide for me.  I know I'll be tired, and if I stay home I'll fall asleep before 10 pm, but if I play hockey from 930 to 11, I'd be happier.  We'll see how the roads are, too.. they were horrible last night.  Luckily, didnt' have to drive home 'cause it would have taken probably an hour and a half, easily.

Wtih Polamalu in, don't expect the Jets to do much, though they have Revis Island lurkin' in the waters.  And Aaron Smith, another Dman on the STeelers, is evidently hurt but playing? Somebody on the radio said he would be limited.. why even play then, let someone more fully adequately prepared take over.  He is good, though.  I dont know most of the players.  There are evidently 3 wide receivers better than Hines Ward.. I can't name two.  I remember the one guy who caught that hail mary last week.. can't even remember his name, but I'd know if I heard it.

hmmm, pens are getting #4 for the 3rd year in a row. flyers and
probably tampa and most likely boston in top 3. rangers are comin up.
pens definitely need to add a cushion. ei9ther hte caps need to tear
up a few games or lose a good bit, i dont wanna see caps/pens first
round. gonna be a tough playoffs. if malkin steps up in april and
the goalagainski doesnt make lapses along with martin's usual terrible
bgehind the net plays (at least twice this year, maybe three times or
more he let up goals from this area) then they'll be good.

carolina, pens need to win. 630 ur time on sunday, steelers playin.
lets see the odds. pitt by 3.5. was 3 for the baltimore game. "My
pick for this game: take the Steelers to cover. Though I'm rooting for
the Jets, I think they won their Super Bowl last week." good point,
author. they get palumalu back this week...or he might have played
last week, i remember he missed the guy on a tackle and set them up
pretty good in the 10.
