You could probably use 40 lbs. I use 40 lbs for one arm bent over rows (i guess you could call it a lawn mower). I can do 40 lbs dumbbells for dumbbell shoulder press, chest press. It gets hard after a while to lift them so I usually go to 35 for the last set 'cause my arms can't lift it up for some reason
I might try squats this week
