yeah, backhands work most of the time 'cause it takes more skill then an easy forehander. My backhands are so weak, though. Im not even sure how to lift the puck backhanded, at least consistently. I can't dig the stick into the ground hard enough to lift the puck. Well, that was before. After lifting weights, I'm sure I could do it now.

My forearms limit my biceps strengthening and my shoulder strengthening. I feel like I don't even get much of a workout 'cause of it. I did a lot of biceps curls and such, never really felt it in my biceps but it got to the point to which I couldnj't even squeeze my hands long enough to grip anything. Lifting weights isn't bad. I mean, I have goals for it, or else it would be a complete waste. Gotta have goals.
