here's what i did today in 3 sets apiece
triceps push down, 52.5 lbs. 12, 10, 12 reps
chest press 90 lbs. 12 reps
some type of crunch the physical fitness guy showed me , 30 reps each time
triceps pull down
dips , 120 lbs for 12 reps, then body weight for 8 reps the last 2 sets.. definitely not my strongest one
perfect situps, 40 each set
dumbbell chest press 25 lbs each arm
one armed tricep extension with dumbbell, i think 15 lbs
roman chair leg raise
fly machine
perfect situps with 15 lbs on the chest, 30 reps first time, 20 the 2nd and 3rd
11 workouts. My abs were getting really sore so I know I worked those out. My chest is sore, feels good.
The reason it takes so long to work out is 'cause you gotta let your body rest in between sets. If I don't get enough rest, the next set will be too hard and I'd have to decrease the weight which is counterproductive.
I was thinking of maybe doing back and triceps one day and chest/triceps on a different day rather than chest/tri, back/bi 'cause back workouts kill the bi's, chest workouts kill the tri's. People online are saying to do chest and triceps on different days, and do back and biceps on different days. the only problem with that is that it could increase risk of tendonitis, I'm guessing.
Hey, give me your hulu plus account. I'd use it 'cause NETFLIX BLOWS. Emily's cousin was praising it over the weekend and I told him and his dad, "Netflix sucks, it doesn't have any recent or good movies on its streaming service." They used something called Vudu where you pay $100 for the receiver and then you gotta pay like $5 or $6 per movie to rent. Screw that.
