haha, traffic cone in net. I'd say use that stick, too. Too many amateur goalies don't use their sticks, leave their 5 holes open.

my left shoulder was feeling weird at the gym , couldn't do lateral raises without discomfort so I called it a day.. it was the last workout for the routine, anyway. Might be from pushing myself too hard on the shoulder raise machine. I'm done using those pulley systems except for the rear deltoids. pulley machines are way too hard on the body. The stand alone pulleys are good, though.
