did dips on the workout benches, hands on one, feet on the other.  20 the first set - pumped 'em out like nothing so I stopped.  COuld have gone all day, probably.  2nd set, I did it with 20 lbs on my legs.  Did 20.  Too easy. so  i did 60 lbs the next set.. got to 11 and almost lost my grip.  definitely more of a challenge.

Pullups felt easier though I'm still not able to do my own body weight.

COuld probably do leg press but I'm not risking it yet.

Shoulder press, was doing 65 lbs on the left arm, could only do 50 lbs on the rihgt arm.. no idea why, no way my left is stronger than my right.
