i DESPISE the word "full" when talking statistics.  this proves a FULL 10% of fags use the word "full" when it doesnt actually mean what its intended to mean.  full would mean 'exactly' in these cases, which they never do. cant even think of anything else it could potentially mean other than "this word is bullshit as it exudes false authority for the findings"...    not even google can answer the question "What is a full statistic" or any variant of the question.
