went to dollar tree and walmart. got 10 lbs of chicken..the beef is too expensive. the $2 a lb beef is 80% lean, 20% fat. not worth it.
got 6 cans of chick peas, lots of protein. there were big bags of black eyed beans, like 12g of protein per half cup, or maybe cup. problem is they take a long time to cook.
this homicide is already more realistic than The Shield. 2 min in, very similar to the Wire in realism, characterization.
probably just gonna shop at walmart from now on. same prices with the Dollar Tree. well, got a few cans of Progresso soup for $1 at dollar tree, $1.45 or something at Walmart.
spent $120, shoul be good for a few weeks.
even got a $15 protein shake mix. 27 servings, used a 1/3 of a serving with a cup ofw ater cuz my body is still sore. gotta be cuz i dont eat good enough and probably over train.
chocolate peanut butter, not too shabby. i think its 30g of protein per serving. gonna keep it at work so i can drink a shake after every workout session. half a serving since i work out 15-20 min each session.
gotta work on my paper tomorrow. fell asleep for a long while today,
got 43.5mpg, filled up the tank today. 9 gallosn, 380 miles. IN reality its 41.8MPG. still not bad. a little worse than my bike at highway speeds. i get like 45mpg ont he bike going 75mph for long periods, but driving back and forth to work i got about 70-75 on the highway and get about 59mpg.
