sean here. might do the test for insanity tomorrow.  only takes 15 min, looks pretty hard, but yea definitely gonna increase my PT score.  run and situps, probably has a lot of chest and tricep workouts as well, but the test was almost exclusively core and legs/hips and cardio.  the only tricep/chest it had was holding your body up with your arms while you do some knees to elbows or get down then get back up.  

im sure the workouts incorporate more, but we'll see.

that asian woman, dang, what a beast.  pretty attractive as well.  that heisman part of the test, 121 , looked like a machine pumpin those out.  thats ridiculous, 2 a second.
