RE: [Madness Writers] hockey

No idea what you're talking about. Pens are playing Rangers in the 2nd round, I bet. Well, I'll put it this way. They're playing either the Rangers/Flyers/Devils in the first round, then the Rangers/Flyers/Devils again in the 2nd round. I'm pretty sure the Eastern teams are figured out in terms of playoffs/no playoffs, but Western Conference has 5 teams fighting for 2 playoff spots. Could maybe evne be 6 teams for 3 spots. Colorado isn't gonna make it even though they're in 8th, got 1 more point than 9 and 10 but 3 more games.

Malkin 1 point ahead of Stamkos, 3 ahead of Giroux. Won't get 100 points, I bet, but he'll only have 75 games played.

How'd the one guy get injured? what kind of injury? you didn't mention it. Refs must be terrible, no idea.

Saturday 1 pm Devils, Sunday 1230 Flyers. If they win both, #1 in the conference, if they lose both, they'll be in 6th place probably. 5th at best. Crazy

So, I did a squat at work on Tuesday night, got really low to the ground to get something off of the floor, and I felt my left knee pop. Of course, it frickin' hurt on the outside of my knee, knew it was related to my IT band. Now, it feels like tendonitis below my knee, very mild but it's still annoying/frustrating. Right knee has inflammation on the outside of the knee. I did 40 squats yesterday wtih no weight, perfect form, no pain, but I gotta take at least a week off. I'll probably never be healed, I don't get it. Every time I try to get into a workout routine, I get injured, when that's what I'm trying to prevent.
