did 3 sets of 210 lbs, 10, 8 and 6.  tried to do 230 for a few reps ast he 3rd set but couldnt move the bar.
 
also used the chest machien where you have your arms out to your sides and bring the bar forward in front of you, did 2 sets of 100 or 110.  12 and 11 reps. 
 
did the tricep machine twice, 12 reps at 100 lbs.  only goes up in intervals in 20 lbs or I would have put it to 110, i didnt try 120 cuz Im pretty sure its too mucgh.
 
did 100 reps on the ab machine, 20 lbs, one set.  i hate that machine, probably done with it.  the cable gets stuck on the way back, the machine already stresses my lower back, that cord stresses it even more cuz the weights jump around. 
 
i did 3 sets on the dead lift.  the bar is stuck to the machine so theres no worry of being off balance, very nice.  1st rep i did 12 ereps 50 lbs plus the bar to get a feel for it, didnt know the bar was stuck to the machine.  then did 12 reps of 90 plus the bar, then 110 plus the bar.  might take it up to 130 or 150 tomorrow (then ill do it every two or three days)
 
my rules are Sunday and Wednesday are off days. most lieklly doing the Insanity test tonight, probably close to bed time cuz itll help me fall asleep.
 
might have to do PT, not gonna be hard if I do.  6 hours of sleep or so, dont really feel too great.
 
brougth my protein mix in my coffee with a good bit of milk.  drank most of it.  my right forearm is sore and my triceps are toast.  chest is a little sore, feels great.
 
i definitely felt like the dead lifts gave my abs a much better workout than the ab machine.     my plan is to do the Insanity twice during the day and then PT, maybe throw in a weight machine once a week for triceps and chest.
