gonna workout tomorrow at the gym, probably once, then come home and do the insanity test.  

i gotta start doing dead lifts and weighted squats. just did 50 squats pretty easy,  felt it in my knees, last 4 I felt in my hammies, nothing hard. i could see it doing a lot of ab strengthening with weights.

body is still tired, feel it in my chest somewhat.

gotta go to bed, wake up at 525.
