im taking this weekend off for my arms. ill do some c sit workouts over the weekend, thats about it.
sucks cuz I still have to go to PT. 10 hours out of my week, and its the reason i didnt pass the fricken PT test. sergeant is always saying "push yourself" and if I dont then I'll get in trouble. i knew something wasn't right last week, didnt even bother going to the gym on friday, not sure about any gym exercises after Monday. wednesday was when I started feeling it and over the weekend I figured the test was gonna do me in.
ive been drinking this protein mix with gatorade, tastes really good that way. put in a little less gatorade than usual, its a peanut butter chocolate gatorade. by itself, the stuff isnt all taht great, but you dont have to worry about it, you got your 200 mix.
