Yeah, take it easy for a while.  Take a week off, you won't lose much if any muscle, let 'em heal. eat some protein, stretch 'em out, do some light warmups for the triceps and stretch em out.

gonna do some squats and deadlifts, get that back strong. booom

You shouldn't be doin' those chest presses and lifting 30 lbs while on your back if your triceps are sore, it's only gonna overwork them more.
